ABP may at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site; limit, terminate or suspend your use of the Site; revoke any or all access and use authorizations granted to you in regards to this Site; or amend these Terms by posting the amended Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following posting of such amendments will signify your acceptance of the amended Terms.

ABP provides the Site and its contents, including data, documents, audio and video files, for your educational, noncommercial use. You may print material from the Site for your own personal use, but you may not further publish or distribute copies of any material from the Site. Your right to use this Site will terminate automatically if you breach any of these Terms.

No person is authorized to display a Trademark without the written permission of the Trademark owner. You are not authorized to use a Trademark as a link to the Site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by the ABP. You may contact the ABP to request such approval by email.

 

Other

This Site has been created and is made available by the ABP from the State of Ohio. Therefore, these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, as applied to contracts entered into between Ohio residents and performed in Ohio. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms state the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of the Site. The Terms may not be amended except as provided above.
